Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern all use of the Authorlogin.com content creation platform (the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by KKDN Inc. The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, our Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published from time to time by Authorlogin.com (collectively, the "Agreement").

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use the Service.

Payment and Compensation

Payment rates for content are agreed upon when the contract is initiated. Rates are not negotiable once established. In the event of discrepancies between rates displayed on our platform and those agreed upon in the contract, the latter shall take precedence. The minimum payout threshold is $20. Ensure to provide accurate payment details. Providing incorrect payment details may lead to a loss of your payment.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon submission and payment, all rights to the content created by writers are fully transferred to KKDN Inc. You agree not to use, reproduce, or display the content in any manner, including but not limited to, use in portfolios. Unauthorized outreach or contact with our clientele or publishing websites is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Writers must not reach out or seek contact with our clientele or publishing websites for any reason. All inquiries must be addressed directly through us. Writers are also prohibited from publishing or disclosing any details of assignments, including their original instructions or publishing pages.

Quality Standards and Revisions

Payment may be revoked for content that does not meet quality standards, including but not limited to, grammar, spelling, and overall writing standards. Revisions may be requested, and writers are obligated to provide them when asked. Unless substantial changes not detailed in the original instructions are requested, revisions will not be paid for. Revisions for stylistic improvement or writing quality will not be compensated.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

a. KKDN Inc. is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by Writers while using the Service or performing their work.
b. KKDN Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content provided by the Writers. Writers are responsible for fact-checking and ensuring their content is accurate and safe.

Plagiarism Detection

a. Writers acknowledge and agree that KKDN Inc. utilizes plagiarism detection software to detect plagiarism and verify the originality of submitted content.
b. In the event any content submitted by Writers is found to contain plagiarized material, KKDN Inc. reserves the right to withhold payment or request a refund from the Writer.
c. The cost of each plagiarism detection scan for content failing the plagiarism check will be deducted from the Writer's payment.

AI Content Detection

a. Writers acknowledge and agree that KKDN Inc. strictly prohibits the use of AI or any automated tools for content creation.
b. KKDN Inc. uses Originality.ai to detect content that may have been generated by AI.
c. If any content submitted by Writers is detected as having been written with the assistance of AI, KKDN Inc. reserves the right to withhold payment or request a refund from the Writer.
d. The cost of each Originality.ai scan for content failing the AI content detection will be deducted from the Writer's payment.

Account Deactivation or Suspension

a. KKDN Inc. reserves the right to deactivate or suspend a Writer's account at any time and for any reason.
b. Account deactivation or suspension may result in the loss of access to the Writer's account, associated content, or earnings.

Work Allocation

a. KKDN Inc. may stop sending work to a Writer at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or explanation.
b. The cessation of work allocation does not exempt the Writer from fulfilling any existing obligations or responsibilities.

Time Allotment for Content Submission

a. Writers are responsible for managing their time effectively to meet the submission deadlines set by KKDN Inc.
b. If a Writer fails to submit content within the allotted time frame, they will not be paid for that specific content.

Direct orders

Writers agree to complete direct orders as received. Failure to deliver direct orders within the stipulated timeframe of 24-48 hours or any provided deadline will result in the order being reassigned. Non-compliance may result in limitations or suspension of the Writer's account.

By agreeing to this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

KKDN Inc. reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. KKDN Inc. may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Service (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between KKDN Inc. and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of KKDN Inc., or by the posting by KKDN Inc. of a revised version.
